1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

  • Returned within 30 days of the date of delivery
     

2. Non-Eligible Items for Refund

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
     

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@greenland-usa.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).

After we receive the item(s) and verify that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

7. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by other means.
